HYA, the search firm supporting the superintendent search, developed a Leadership Profile Report based on stakeholder focus groups, surveys, and individual interviews. The Leadership Profile Report is designed to help superintendent candidates and our local community better understand what our stakeholders are looking for in the next superintendent. HYA asked each group and individual three main questions: What are the District's strengths? What challenges are the District facing? What are the qualities and characteristics that you would like to see in the next Tahoma superintendent?

The Leadership Profile Report was delivered to the Tahoma School Board on Dec. 12, 2023.
